Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is designed to help the whole body look and feel younger. It increases muscle tone, reduces fine lines, defines the neck and jaw area and brings an overall glow to the face. Facial rejuvenation treatments work via several important mechanisms, including: stimulating collagen production; increasing circulation; flushing lymph fluid; and improving your overall health from the inside out, which is reflected in your skin.
A series of 10–15 treatments is recommended to achieve optimal results. After the initial series, maintenance is recommended quarterly. Individual results can vary, but with regular maintenance treatments can last up to 5 years.

Your treatment
Facial rejuvenation is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine and involves the insertion of extra-fine dermal acupuncture needles along the face in addition to using body points. Acupuncture points are chosen and inserted in a specific order, to increase an individual’s overall health, which in turn helps the skin to glow and appear younger. Your facial rejuvenation treatment will be 90–120 minutes. Cooling serums, oils, facial cupping, jade rolling and gua sha facial massage may be used to enhance your treatment.
Planning for a big event?
Please book your facial rejuvenation series in advance. During the course of treatment, it’s not uncommon to get a small bruise or two on the face. They are usually small, light coloured and easily covered with make-up. To be safe, we recommend completing the last treatment of your series at least 5–7 days before your event date.
